All orders will be shipped economy through USPS. Shipments will be delivered within 3-5 days, but does not include Sundays or holidays. Due to the Coronavirus and other logistics events that is out of our control, shipping can take longer.
In the case that additional information is required your order will be held until we receive your verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud. We want your shopping experience to be great. Please be sure to submit the most accurate contact information should this occur to avoid your order being delayed.
We will provide a USPS tracking number once your order is shipped. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided to us with your order. You can use the tracking number to locate your package. Once the order is placed on this website and the product and or merchandise has left our facility, it is the customer responsibility to keep up with their order. If the package has been delayed or loss, the customer will need to reach out to the USPS or any other shipping carrier we use to find out the status of their order and file a claim if necessary.
There will be no refunds given once the order is placed, as all sales are final.
